Most Common Error Codes & Fault Indicators

• F2 / F20: Oven over temperature – Check temperature sensor; clean vents; check cooling fan.
• F3 / F4: Oven temperature sensor fault – Test sensor resistance (approx. 1080Ω at room temp); replace if open/short.
• F7 / F8: Touchpad/keypad error – Check ribbon cable connections; replace touchpad.
• F9 / F9E0: Door lock error (self-clean) – Check door lock motor and switch; manually unlock if needed.
• Bad Line / PF: Power failure or bad electrical connection – Check home wiring and breaker.
• LOC / Lock icon: Control lock activated – Hold Clear/Off or Control Lock for 3 seconds.

Common Problems & Fixes (All Models)

• Oven not heating: Test bake/broil elements or gas igniter for continuity; check relays on control board.
• Oven temperature inaccurate: Calibrate oven (up to ±35°F); replace sensor if faulty.
• Self-clean not starting: Door must be fully closed; oven must be cool; remove racks.
• Surface burner not igniting (gas): Clean burner ports and electrodes; check spark module.
• Air Fry not crisping: Use correct tray/rack position; preheat fully; avoid overcrowding.
• Wi-Fi not connecting: Ensure 2.4GHz network; reset Wi-Fi module via settings menu.

Wall Oven & Smart Models Specific

• Precision Cooking issues: Ensure probe is fully inserted; select correct food type.
• Convection fan noisy: Normal during operation; check for obstructions.

Maintenance Tips

• Run self-clean cycle periodically (remove heavy soil first).
• Clean spillovers immediately to prevent smoke or fire.
• Check and clean oven vents regularly.

Safety note: Always turn off power at breaker before servicing. Never use oven if door glass is cracked. Do not block vents.
