Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the double oven.
- Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 240V, 50Hz outlet. For electric models, ensure proper circuit capacity.
- Ventilation Setup: Install external ventilation hood according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Initial Burn-off: Run both ovens at maximum temperature for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
