Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Measuring tape
- Clean cloth
- Water source access
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a level, stable countertop near a water source and electrical outlet with proper ventilation around the unit.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the ice maker.
- Connect Water Supply: Connect the water supply line to the water inlet valve. Use only food-grade water lines provided or recommended by GE.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the ice maker interior with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly.
- Electrical Connection: Plug into a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
- Level the Ice Maker: Adjust the leveling feet if necessary to ensure the ice maker is perfectly level.
- Initial Cycle: Run the ice maker through three complete ice-making cycles and discard the ice to clean the system.

Troubleshooting
