Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Burner won't ignite Gas supply off, clogged burner ports, faulty igniter Check gas valve, clean burner ports, test igniter spark
Uneven oven heating Faulty bake element, convection fan not working Test bake element resistance, check fan operation
Oven not reaching temperature Faulty temperature sensor, calibration needed Test sensor resistance, recalibrate oven temperature
Display error codes Control board fault, sensor failure Note error code, check corresponding component
Self-clean not working Door not locked, thermal fuse blown Check door lock mechanism, test thermal fuse
Gas odor Gas leak, improper combustion Immediately turn off gas, check all connections with leak detector

Error Codes

  • F1: Oven temperature sensor fault - Check sensor connection
  • F2: Oven over-temperature - Check bake/broil elements
  • F3: Door lock mechanism fault - Check lock switch and motor
  • F4: Control board communication error - Reset power
  • F5: Keypad fault - Check touchpad connections
  • F7: Convection fan fault - Check fan motor and bearings
  • F8: Gas valve fault (gas models) - Check valve solenoids
