Gas Range Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe thread sealant
  • Gas leak detection solution
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to gas supply using approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Check for Leaks: Test all gas connections with leak detection solution. Bubbles indicate leaks that must be corrected.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Ensure proper polarity.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven, and broiler functions to ensure proper operation.
Warning: Gas installation must be performed by a qualified professional in accordance with local codes. Improper installation can cause gas leaks, fire, or carbon monoxide poisoning.

Troubleshooting
