Parts Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver set
  • Flathead screwdriver
  • Nut driver set
  • Multimeter
  • Safety gloves
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Parts Replacement

  1. Safety First: Disconnect power supply at circuit breaker before beginning any repair work.
  2. Access Panel Removal: Remove rear access panel using appropriate screwdriver to access internal components.
  3. Heating Element Replacement: Disconnect wires, remove mounting brackets, and install new convection heating element.
  4. Thermal Fuse Check: Test thermal fuse with multimeter and replace if continuity is not present.
  5. Control Board Installation: Carefully disconnect ribbon cables and replace main control board with OEM part.
