Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a flat, stable countertop surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources with at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the ice maker.
- Clean Interior: Wipe the interior with a clean, damp cloth before first use.
- Water Reservoir Setup: Fill the water reservoir with clean, cold water up to the maximum fill line. Use filtered water for best results.
- Electrical Connection: Plug into a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
- Initial Setup: Press the power button and select your preferred ice size setting.
- First Ice Production: Allow 15-20 minutes for the first batch of nugget ice. Discard the first batch as recommended.
