Countertop Nugget Ice Maker

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Level
  • Measuring tape
  • Clean cloth
  • Water source access
  • Power outlet

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a level, stable countertop near a power outlet and water source. Ensure at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, tape, and protective films from the ice maker.
  3. Clean Before First Use: Wipe the interior and exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  4. Water Connection: Fill the water reservoir with clean, filtered water. For plumbed models, connect to a cold water line using the provided kit.
  5. Electrical Connection: Plug into a dedicated 120V, 60Hz, grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
  6. Initial Setup: Press the power button, select your preferred ice size, and allow 24 hours for the first batch of nugget ice.
  7. Test Run: Run the ice maker through a complete cycle to ensure proper operation and ice quality.
Warning: For plumbed installations, professional installation is recommended to prevent leaks and ensure proper operation.
