Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Tape measure
- Drain pan (if required)
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, near necessary plumbing and electrical connections on a solid, level floor.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts, brackets and packaging materials from the unit.
- Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the water inlet valves. Use only new hoses provided.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose into a standpipe or laundry tub with a high loop to prevent backflow and siphoning.
- Ventilation Setup: For models requiring external venting, install proper ducting according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz, dedicated circuit. Do not use an extension cord or adapter.
- Level the Unit: Adjust the leveling feet to ensure the washer dryer is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Run: Run the unit through a complete wash and dry cycle to check for leaks, proper operation and ventilation.

Troubleshooting

Error Codes
- E01 / F01: Water supply issue - Check water supply and inlet valve
- E02 / F02: Drain issue - Check drain hose and pump

- E04 / F04: Motor control issue - Unplug unit for 5 minutes, then restart
- E05 / F05: Door lock malfunction - Ensure door is fully closed
