Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • ¼" nut driver

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources, and on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, tape, and protective film from the refrigerator.
  3. Adjust Door Swing: Configure door swing direction according to your kitchen layout (reversible doors included).
  4. Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is level from front to back and side to side.
  5. Connect Water Supply: Connect water line to the ice maker and water dispenser (if applicable). Use only GE-approved water line.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 115V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  7. Initial Setup: Allow refrigerator to stand upright for 4 hours before plugging in. Set temperature controls and run initial ice maker cycle.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
