Parts Installation Guide

Water Filter Replacement

Locate filter compartment, turn filter counterclockwise to remove, insert new filter and turn clockwise until it stops. Run water for 3 minutes to flush.

Door Gasket Installation

Remove old gasket from channel, clean channel thoroughly, start at top corners and work new gasket into channel, ensure proper alignment.

Shelves & Drawers

Align shelf/drawer with guides, push firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure weight is evenly distributed and components are level.

Ice Maker Replacement

Disconnect power, remove ice bin, disconnect wiring harness and water line, remove mounting screws, install new unit in reverse order.

Light Assembly

Remove light cover, disconnect old bulb/LED, install new component, replace cover. For LED strips, ensure proper connector alignment.

Control Board

Remove control panel cover, disconnect all connectors, note wire positions, remove mounting screws, install new board in reverse order.

Tools Required for Installation

Phillips Screwdriver

#2 size for most cabinet and panel screws

Flathead Screwdriver

For prying clips and removing trim pieces

Nut Driver Set

1/4" and 5/16" for hinge and bracket hardware

Pliers

Needle-nose for connectors, channel-lock for stubborn parts

Torx Bit Set

T15, T20, T25 for specialized fasteners

Multimeter

Troubleshooting Common Issues
