Refrigerator Service Manual

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources, and on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts, tapes, and packaging materials from the refrigerator.
  3. Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is level from front to back and side to side for proper door operation.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 115V, 60Hz, 15-20 amp grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  5. Clearance Requirements: Ensure minimum clearance of 2 inches at back, 1 inch at top, and 1 inch on both sides for proper airflow.
  6. Initial Setup: Allow refrigerator to stand upright for 4 hours before plugging in to allow compressor oil to settle.
  7. Test Operation: Plug in the refrigerator, set temperature controls, and monitor for proper cooling operation.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.
