Built-in Dishwasher Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Measuring tape
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Installation Area: Ensure cabinet opening meets required dimensions and is level, clean, and free of debris.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping blocks from the dishwasher interior and exterior.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot water supply line to the dishwasher inlet valve using a 3/8" compression fitting. Maximum water temperature 140°F (60°C).
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose to drain connection with a high loop or air gap to prevent backflow into dishwasher.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15-amp circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  6. Secure Dishwasher: Slide dishwasher into opening and secure to countertop and/or adjacent cabinets using mounting brackets.
  7. Test Operation: Run the dishwasher through a complete cycle to check for leaks and proper operation.

Quick Wash

For lightly soiled loads - 2.1 gallons water, 60 minutes

Sanitize

NSF-certified sanitizing - 3.8 gallons water, 180 minutes

Crystal/Glass

Gentle wash for delicate items - 2.5 gallons water, 90 minutes

Rinse Only

Rinse without detergent - 1.2 gallons water, 15 minutes

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Dishwasher won't start Door not latched, power issue, child lock engaged Ensure door is fully closed, check power supply, disable child lock
