Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Nut driver set
- Multimeter
- Refrigerant manifold gauge set
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources, and on a level floor.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, tape, and protective films from the refrigerator.
- Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Connect Water Supply: For ice maker and water dispenser models, connect to a cold water supply line with proper shut-off valve.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 115V, 60Hz, 15-20 amp grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
- Clearance Requirements: Ensure proper clearance (minimum 1 inch on sides, 2 inches at back, 4 inches on top).
- Initial Setup: Allow refrigerator to stand upright for 4 hours before plugging in. Set temperature controls and run initial cooling cycle.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Refrigerator not cooling | Power issue, thermostat failure, compressor problem | Check power supply, test thermostat, listen for compressor operation |
| Excessive frost in freezer | Defrost system failure, door seal leak, frequent door openings | Check defrost heater and timer, inspect door seals, minimize door openings |
| Water dispenser not working | Frozen water line, clogged filter, water valve failure | Thaw water line, replace filter, test water valve |
| Ice maker not producing ice | Water supply issue, frozen fill tube, faulty ice maker | Check water supply, thaw fill tube, test ice maker components |
| Unusual noises | Fan obstruction, compressor issue, loose parts | Check evaporator and condenser fans, inspect compressor mounts |
| Water leakage | Clogged drain tube, cracked water line, defrost drain issue | Clear drain tube, inspect water lines, check defrost drain |
