Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Nut driver set
  • Multimeter
  • Refrigerant manifold gauge set

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources, and on a level floor.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, tape, and protective films from the refrigerator.
  3. Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  4. Connect Water Supply: For ice maker and water dispenser models, connect to a cold water supply line with proper shut-off valve.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 115V, 60Hz, 15-20 amp grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Clearance Requirements: Ensure proper clearance (minimum 1 inch on sides, 2 inches at back, 4 inches on top).
  7. Initial Setup: Allow refrigerator to stand upright for 4 hours before plugging in. Set temperature controls and run initial cooling cycle.
