Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper location with adequate ventilation.

  1. Connect gas supply: Shut off gas; connect flexible gas line to range inlet.

  3. Level the range: Adjust leveling legs to ensure range is stable.

First-Time Setup

Oven Controls: Use number pads to set temperature and time. Press START to begin function. Press OFF to cancel.

Cooktop: Turn knob to LITE to ignite burner, then to desired flame size. Oven: Select function (BAKE, BROIL, etc.), set temperature, press START. Special Modes: Sabbath Mode (hold LOCK for 3 seconds), Control Lock (press and hold LOCK). Cleaning: Self-Clean cycle (press CLEAN, set time, press START).

Connecting Gas Supply

Natural gas or LP (with conversion kit).

  1. Shut off gas supply at main valve.
  2. Connect flexible gas line to range inlet (use wrench).
  3. Turn on gas; check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. If using LP, ensure regulator is set for LP gas.

Tip: Have a qualified technician perform gas connection and leak test.

Using the Oven

Supports bake, broil, convection bake, convection broil, warm, and self-clean.

  1. Preheat: Select BAKE, enter temperature, press START.
  2. Baking: Place food on rack; close door.
  3. Broiling: Select BROIL, set temperature if adjustable, press START.
  4. Convection: Select CONVECT BAKE or BROIL for faster, even cooking.
  5. Warming: Select WARM to keep food warm.
  6. Self-Cleaning: Ensure oven is empty. Press CLEAN, set duration (2-4 hours), press START. Lock automatically engages.
  7. Timer: Press TIMER, set time, press START. Beeper sounds when time expires.

WARNING! Do not use oven for storage. Keep oven door closed during self-cleaning cycle (extremely hot).

Using the Cooktop

5 sealed burners with continuous grates.

  1. Ignition: Push and turn knob to LITE until burner ignites (clicking sound).
  2. Adjust flame: Turn to desired setting (HI to LO).
  3. Simmer: Use LO setting for simmering.
  4. Power Burner: Use high-BTU burner for fast boiling.
  5. Turn off: Turn knob to OFF.

CAUTION! Always turn knob to OFF when not in use. Do not leave cooktop unattended while cooking.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug or shut off gas before cleaning. Use mild detergent and damp cloth for exterior. Clean cooktop after each use.

Cooktop: Wipe with damp cloth; lift grates to clean underneath. Oven: Use self-cleaning cycle for interior; wipe door and window with glass cleaner. Drawers: Remove and wash with soapy water.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on surfaces. Do not spray cleaners directly onto controls.
