Installation

Controls and Settings

Connecting Gas Supply

Using the Oven

Supports bake, broil, convection bake, convection broil, warm, and self-clean.

Preheat: Select BAKE, enter temperature, press START.
Baking: Place food on rack; close door.
Broiling: Select BROIL, set temperature if adjustable, press START.
Convection: Select CONVECT BAKE or BROIL for faster, even cooking.
Warming: Select WARM to keep food warm.
Self-Cleaning: Ensure oven is empty. Press CLEAN, set duration (2-4 hours), press START. Lock automatically engages.
Timer: Press TIMER, set time, press START. Beeper sounds when time expires.

WARNING! Do not use oven for storage. Keep oven door closed during self-cleaning cycle (extremely hot).

Using the Cooktop

Adjust flame: Turn to desired setting (HI to LO).
Simmer: Use LO setting for simmering.

CAUTION! Always turn knob to OFF when not in use. Do not leave cooktop unattended while cooking.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug or shut off gas before cleaning. Use mild detergent and damp cloth for exterior. Clean cooktop after each use.

Cooktop: Wipe with damp cloth; lift grates to clean underneath. Oven: Use self-cleaning cycle for interior; wipe door and window with glass cleaner. Drawers: Remove and wash with soapy water.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on surfaces. Do not spray cleaners directly onto controls.
