Self-Cleaning Oven Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Wire strippers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping supports from the oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 40A circuit. Must be installed by a licensed electrician.
  4. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved fittings and check for leaks with soap solution.
  5. Secure Oven in Cabinet: Secure the oven in the cabinet opening using provided mounting brackets.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including self-cleaning cycle to ensure proper operation.

Self-Cleaning Cycle Explained

Preparation

Remove all oven racks, accessories, and large food debris before starting cleaning cycle

Cycle Selection

Cooling Phase

Troubleshooting
