Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Level
  • Screwdriver (Phillips)
  • Measuring tape
  • Cleaning cloth
  • Water source connection kit

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a flat, stable countertop or surface near a power outlet and water source if required. Ensure proper ventilation around the unit.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, tape, and protective films from the ice maker.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior and exterior with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Water Connection (if applicable): For plumbed models, connect to a cold water line using the provided kit. Ensure connections are tight and leak-free.
  5. Electrical Connection: Plug into a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
  6. Level the Unit: Adjust the leveling feet if necessary to ensure the ice maker sits evenly on the surface.
  7. Initial Cycle: Run the ice maker through 2-3 cycles and discard the first batches of ice to clear any residual particles.
Warning: Installation should be performed according to local plumbing and electrical codes. For built-in models, professional installation is recommended.
