Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Flathead screwdriver
  • Measuring tape
  • Level
  • Drill with bits
  • Stud finder

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources and with access to electrical outlet.
  2. Measure Cabinet Space: For over-the-range models, measure cabinet depth and ensure minimum clearance requirements are met.
  3. Mounting Template: Use provided template to mark drilling locations for wall mounting bracket.
  4. Install Mounting Plate: Secure mounting plate to wall using appropriate hardware for your wall type.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15-20 amp grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords.
  6. Ventilation Setup: Configure ventilation for external venting or recirculation according to your kitchen setup.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including microwave, vent fan, and lighting to ensure proper installation.
Warning: Installation should be performed by qualified personnel. Improper installation can create electrical and fire hazards.

Troubleshooting
