30" Slide-In Electric Range

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • Wire strippers
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Installation Area: Ensure the countertop opening is 29¾" to 30" wide and 24" deep. Clear the area of all debris.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240-volt, 40-amp circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  4. Position the Range: Carefully slide the range into the countertop opening, ensuring it is centered and level.
  5. Secure the Range: Install anti-tip bracket according to instructions to prevent tipping.
  6. Make Final Connections: Connect the power cord to the terminal block, ensuring all connections are tight and secure.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven functions, and controls to ensure proper operation.
