Oven Operation

  3. Convection: Press CONVECTION, select BAKE or ROAST, enter temp, press START. May reduce temperature by 25°F from recipe.
  4. Warming: Press WARM to keep food warm (usually 150-200°F).
  5. Timer: Use KITCHEN TIMER for countdown; oven will beep when time is up.

WARNING! Use oven mitts when handling hot cookware. Do not line oven bottom with foil.

Cleaning & Maintenance
