Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials, and with access to electrical and gas connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (If applicable): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V circuit for electric models or 120V for control circuits. Follow local electrical codes.
  5. Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation hood according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to verify proper installation and operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation can cause fire, electric shock, or carbon monoxide poisoning.
