Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • 4-inch diameter rigid metal or flexible metal duct

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near electrical connection on a solid, level floor with proper ventilation.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
  3. Ventilation Requirements: Install a 4-inch diameter rigid metal or flexible metal duct to vent to the outdoors. Do not use plastic or foil ducts.
  4. Gas Connection (if applicable): For gas models, connect to gas supply using new flexible gas connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet for electric models. Gas models require 120V outlet.
  6. Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and ventilation.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage. Gas connections must be performed by licensed professional.

Troubleshooting
