Countertop Nugget Ice Maker

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Level
  • Measuring tape
  • Clean cloth
  • Water source access
  • Power outlet access

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a flat, stable countertop near a water source and electrical outlet with proper ventilation around the unit.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the ice maker.
  3. Clean Before First Use: Wipe the interior and exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners.
  4. Connect Water Supply: Fill the water reservoir with clean, filtered water. For plumbed models, connect to a cold water line with included adapter.
  5. Electrical Connection: Plug into a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
  6. Initial Setup: Allow the ice maker to sit upright for 2 hours before first use if transported horizontally.
  7. First Ice Production: Press the power button and select your desired ice size. First batch may take 15-20 minutes.
Warning: Ensure proper ventilation with at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides. Do not install near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting
