Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper location with adequate clearance.

  1. Position range: Place in cutout or against wall with rear leveling legs adjusted.
  2. Electrical connection: Have qualified electrician install proper 240V outlet (NEMA 14-50R).
  3. Anti-tip bracket: Install included bracket to wall or floor to prevent tipping.
  4. Connect power cord: Plug into dedicated 240V outlet (cord included).

WARNING! Range is heavy; use two people for moving. Ensure anti-tip bracket is properly installed to prevent tipping injury.

First-Time Setup

Plug in range; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Set clock: Press CLOCK button, use number pad to enter time, press START.
  2. Test elements: Turn each cooktop element to verify heating.
  3. Test oven: Set to bake at 350°F for 15 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.

Using the Cooktop

  1. Turn element on: Rotate knob to desired setting (1-9, then HI).
  2. Use proper cookware: Flat-bottomed pans for best contact.
  3. Hot surface indicator: Light remains on until surface cools to safe temperature.
  4. Cooktop lock: Press and hold COOKTOP LOCK for 3 seconds to lock/unlock controls.
  5. After use: Turn knob to OFF; indicator light shows residual heat.

WARNING! Cooktop retains heat after use; do not touch until indicator light turns off. Keep flammable materials away.

Using the Oven

Multiple cooking modes: Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Self Clean, Keep Warm.

  1. Select mode: Press BAKE, BROIL, CONVECT BAKE, or CONVECT BROIL.
  2. Set temperature: Use number pad (e.g., 3-5-0 for 350°F), press START.
  3. Preheat: Oven beeps when preheated; then place food inside.
  4. Timer: Press TIMER, set countdown time, press START.
  5. Delay Start: Press DELAY START, set start time and cooking duration.
  6. Self-cleaning: Ensure oven is empty, press SELF CLEAN, set duration (2-4 hours), press START.

CAUTION! During self-cleaning, oven exterior becomes very hot; keep children away. Do not line oven bottom with foil.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug or turn off circuit breaker before cleaning. Glass cooktop: Use ceramic cooktop cleaner; avoid abrasive pads. Oven interior: Use self-cleaning cycle or mild detergent. Exterior: Use stainless steel cleaner for exterior surfaces.

CAUTION! Do not use oven cleaners on self-cleaning oven interior. Do not spray cleaners directly on controls.
