Dryer Components Diagram

Parts Installation

Heating Element Replacement

Remove rear panel, disconnect power leads, remove mounting screws, install new element ensuring proper alignment, reconnect all electrical connections.

Thermal Fuse Installation

Located near exhaust vent, disconnect power, remove old fuse, install new fuse with proper orientation, ensure good contact with mounting surface.

Drive Motor Replacement

Remove front panel, disconnect all electrical connections, remove drive belt, unbolt motor, install new motor, reassemble in reverse order.

Drum Roller Service

Remove drum access panel, support drum, remove old rollers, clean shaft, install new rollers with proper lubrication, test for smooth rotation.

Door Switch Replacement

Remove control panel, locate door switch, disconnect wiring harness, remove mounting screws, install new switch, test door sensing function.

Control Board Installation

Document all wire connections, remove old board, transfer any jumpers or settings, install new board, reconnect all wires exactly as documented.
