Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- 4-inch diameter rigid metal duct
- Duct tape or clamps
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near electrical outlet and venting on a solid, level floor. Ensure proper clearance for door opening.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz, 30A dedicated circuit. Use a 4-wire power cord (not included).
- Vent Installation: Install a 4-inch diameter rigid metal vent duct to the outside. Avoid flexible plastic ducts.
- Connect Vent Duct: Connect the vent duct to the dryer's exhaust outlet using duct tape or clamps.
- Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and venting.
