Combo Unit

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe thread seal tape

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, near necessary plumbing and electrical connections on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts, transit bars and packaging materials from the washer dryer combo unit.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the water inlet valves. Use only new hoses and apply thread seal tape.
  4. Connect Drain System: Install drain hose with proper height (minimum 39 inches) and secure with hose clamp to prevent disconnection.
  5. Ventilation Setup: For dryer function, install 4-inch diameter metal ducting with minimal bends (not exceeding 25 feet total length).
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15-20 amp grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord or adapter.
  7. Level the Unit: Adjust the leveling feet to ensure the unit is level from front to back and side to side (within 1° of level).
  8. Test Run: Run both washer and dryer functions through test cycles to check for leaks, proper operation and ventilation.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer. Gas models require professional gas line connection. Failure to properly install may void warranty.

Troubleshooting
