Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a flat, stable surface near a water source and electrical outlet with proper ventilation around the unit.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, tape, and protective coverings from the ice maker.
- Water Line Connection: Connect the water supply line to the water inlet valve. Use only the provided hose and ensure connections are tight.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior and exterior with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Electrical Connection: Plug into a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
- Level the Unit: Adjust the leveling feet to ensure the ice maker is perfectly level for optimal performance.
- Initial Cycle: Run the ice maker through two complete ice-making cycles and discard the first batches of ice.
