Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Ice maker won't start Power issue, water reservoir empty Check power supply, ensure water reservoir is filled
Slow ice production Room temperature too high, water temperature warm Move to cooler location, use colder water
Small or thin ice cubes Water level low, freezing cycle interrupted Ensure proper water level, check for power interruptions
Ice cubes sticking together Ice stored too long, temperature fluctuations Use ice regularly, ensure consistent room temperature
Unusual noises Ice cubes jammed, water pump issue Check for ice jams, ensure proper water flow
Water leakage Overfilled reservoir, improper placement Do not exceed fill line, ensure unit is level

Error Codes

  • E1: Water supply issue - Check water reservoir and fill level
  • E2: Temperature sensor error - Unplug for 10 minutes, then restart
  • E3: Ice full sensor error - Remove and replace ice basket
  • E4: Motor/compressor issue - Contact service center
  • E5: Evaporator temperature too high - Allow unit to cool down
  • E6: Communication error - Power cycle the unit
