Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to electrical and gas connections.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
- Gas Connection (If applicable): Connect to gas supply using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V, 40A circuit for electric models. Ensure proper grounding.
- Ventilation: Install external ventilation hood according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Operation: Run the oven through initial setup and test all functions including temperature calibration.
