Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to electrical and gas connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (If applicable): Connect to gas supply using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V, 40A circuit for electric models. Ensure proper grounding.
  5. Ventilation: Install external ventilation hood according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Run the oven through initial setup and test all functions including temperature calibration.

Troubleshooting
