Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • 4-inch diameter rigid metal duct

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near electrical outlet and venting on a solid, level floor. Ensure proper clearance for door opening.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
  3. Vent Installation: Connect 4-inch diameter rigid metal duct to dryer exhaust. Keep duct as short and straight as possible with minimal bends.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet. For gas models, connect to gas supply line with approved connector.
  5. Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Final Checks: Ensure lint filter is properly installed, door opens and closes smoothly, and all connections are secure.
  7. Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and venting.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage. Improper venting can cause fire hazard.

Troubleshooting
