Specifications

Controls and Settings

Control knobs located on front panel. Each knob controls corresponding burner.

Knob Positions: OFF, LITE (push and turn to ignite), HI (maximum flame), LO (minimum flame). Infinite settings between HI and LO.

Burner Identification (left to right): Left Rear (5,000 BTU Simmer), Left Front (18,000 BTU UltraHeat), Center Rear (5,000 BTU), Right Front (9,500 BTU), Right Rear (9,500 BTU).

Ignition: Turn knob to LITE; hold for 3-4 seconds after ignition to ensure flame stability.

Connecting Gas Supply

Must use proper gas line and connector. Shut off gas valve before connection.

  1. Determine gas type: Natural Gas or LP (propane). Conversion kit may be required.
  2. Use approved flexible connector: 1/2" NPT male connector; length as needed.
