Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench

  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials, and with access to electrical and gas connections.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, shipping bolts, and packaging materials from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  5. Ventilation: Install proper ventilation hood according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  6. Secure Installation: Secure oven in cabinet opening using provided mounting brackets and screws.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including heating elements, convection fan, lights, and control panel.
