Ultimate Laundry System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Gas line wrench (for gas dryer models)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near necessary plumbing, electrical, and venting connections on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from both washer and dryer units.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the washer's water inlet valves. Use only new hoses.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route the washer drain hose into a standpipe or laundry tub with a high loop to prevent backflow.
  5. Dryer Vent Installation: Install rigid or flexible metal venting to exhaust dryer to outdoors. Maintain proper clearances.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect washer to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. Dryer requires 240V outlet for electric models.
  7. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line to dryer using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  8. Level the Units: Adjust leveling legs to ensure both washer and dryer are level from front to back and side to side.
  9. Test Run: Run both units through complete cycles to check for leaks, proper operation, and adequate venting.

Troubleshooting
