Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials, and with access to electrical and gas connections.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping supports from the oven interior and exterior.
- Prepare Cabinet Opening: Ensure the cabinet opening meets the required dimensions and is level and square.
- Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect to gas supply using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V, 60Hz circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Secure the Oven: Slide oven into cabinet opening and secure with mounting screws provided.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including convection fan, broiler, and temperature accuracy.
