Gas Range Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to gas supply using approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe joint compound to male threads only.
  4. Check for Gas Leaks: Use leak detector solution to check all gas connections. Do not use open flame to check for leaks.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Ensure proper polarization.
  6. Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall as specified in instructions.
  7. Level the Range: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  8. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven, and control functions to ensure proper operation.
Warning: Gas installation must be performed by a qualified installer in accordance with local codes. Failure to properly install anti-tip bracket can result in serious injury.

Troubleshooting
