Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a flat, level countertop near a power outlet and water source. Ensure proper ventilation with at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the ice maker.
- Initial Cleaning: Wash the ice basket and interior components with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Water Connection: Fill the water reservoir with clean, filtered water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line indicated.
- Electrical Connection: Plug into a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
- Initial Setup: Place the ice basket in position, close the lid securely, and press the power button.
- First Cycle: Run the initial cleaning cycle as described in the manual before making ice for consumption.
