Parts Installation Guide

Step-by-Step Parts Replacement

  1. Safety First: Disconnect power supply at circuit breaker before beginning any repair work.
  2. Access Panel Removal: Remove rear access panel screws to access internal components.
  3. Bake/Broil Element Replacement: Remove mounting screws, disconnect wires, and install new element with proper alignment.
  4. Thermal Fuse Installation: Locate thermal fuse near vent, disconnect wires, and replace with identical rated fuse.
  5. Control Board Replacement: Document wire connections, remove old board, and install new board with identical wiring.
  6. Door Seal Replacement: Remove old gasket from channel, clean surface, and install new seal without stretching.
  7. Temperature Sensor Calibration: Install new sensor, run calibration cycle, and verify temperature accuracy.
